When you hire one of our exclusive gowns, you will receive the garment carefully packed within protective garment bags, and placed inside sustainable packaging.
We ship to all states and territories in Australia and postage will be calculated at checkout.
We can also offer same day courier service within central Sydney only. Please email us for same day rentals on firstname.lastname@example.org
We will require an adult signature to receive the package upon arrival. If you cannot be available to receive the package, please email us at email@example.com
We ask that you carefully open the parcel as you will be re-using the delivery box to return the garment back to us.
To return the garment, simply repack into the original packaging, including the placing of the garment into the garment bags, within the box. Please then attach the pre-paid label included and use the tape provide to secure the box ready for return postage.
Should you have rented jewellery/bags, please place the pieces back into their pouches, (including boxes and bubble wrap) and return to us in the pre-paid HERO packaging bag provided.
We ask that you drop your return packaging to any Australia Post Office. If you cannot return your parcel by the required date and time, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
When returning the package please ensure you keep a record of your tracking number for proof of return. Your return must be postmarked by 12 PM on the last day of your borrowing period (nominated as Date of Return on your oder). If it is postmarked after 12 PM or any day after the fourth day of your borrowing period, you will be charged a $50 late fee for each day it is not shipped back to us. Please note shipping to remote areas may take 2 to 4 days, so allow for this in your booking dates to ensure you receive your garment on time.
We do ship to New Zealand, though shipping costs would incur an additional $30, and delivery time would be 2-3 days.
Note: All delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
